Privacy Policy

At Swaven, we are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and our services comply with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Swaven is also a Google certified ad technology provider. This privacy policy explains what information we collect and how we use and share that information. Any questions regarding this policy and our privacy practices should be sent by email to [email protected].

How do we collect information from you?

When you visit our website, we collect information in two ways. Firstly, using cookies (see further below), we collect analytical information on how you interact with our contents. This means information such as IP address, date, time, pages viewed and items clicked. Secondly, we collect personal information such as your name and contact details that you choose to provide us with via email or our web forms. At any time, you have the right to access, modify or withdraw your submitted data.

The analytical data is stored within the EU and the personal data is securely saved in our HubSpot CRM system.

When you interact with our advertisements and other contents on third party platforms, such as social media, we may also collect information on these interactions.

How and why is your information used?

The information about you allows us to improve your browsing experience and to adapt and develop our services and contents so that they best meet your interests and needs. We may use the information to contact you by email or by other means to suggest contents related to our business that we think you may find useful. Your personal information is shared only within Swaven’s marketing and commercial teams. We do not sell or share your personal information to other parties. Our business partners and any external platforms that we use for our emailings, analytics or CRM such as HubSpot, are fully compliant with GDPR and adhere to our privacy and customer data handling policies.

Use of cookies

Cookies are text files stored on your computer or mobile phone and they memorise information about your internet use. In addition to Swaven’s cookies, we use third party cookies of Google, HubSpot, Cloudflare and AdRoll. These third party cookies are under their control. They allow us to evaluate our website traffic, to improve your browsing experience, and to provide you with relevant content. They may also be used for advertising purposes, in order to offer more engaging adverts that best correspond to your interests.

You can disable the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser. However, if you choose to disable cookies, you may not be able to use some features of this website.

Unsubscribing and Opt-Outs

In all our email communications, we provide you a link to unsubscribe and the possibility to modify your preferences by contacting us. By unsubscribing from our mailings, we will automatically stop sending you our news and invitations. You can also request for your details to be completely deleted from our records.
